Since 2020, my artworks have focussed on the impact of the bushfires, Covid and the continuing effects of climate change. I found that after living in a state of high alert during the past three years, I was mentally fatigued and sought the refuge of the Australian bush for my subject matter. 
Working on landscapes, like �Angophora�,  I found an inner calm, allowing me to slowly gather strength and regenerate.
