As a Glebe resident of 7 years, living in such a space teaches you to always keep your eyes open to unexpected beauty – to the overlapping of graffiti on sandstone, to the ancient eucalypts and 80s era paint peeling in their various points of decay and renewal. They call this the 'ordinary extraordinary' – a way of viewing that you take with you no matter how far you roam. This photomontage was captured in one such roaming in nearby Darlington on Gadigal land, depicting a social housing building, the Women's College, Abercrombie St services building and a Wilson Street eucalypt.
