The Clarence Rover is an Elder of our Valley, it is huge and old and constant and we must safeguard it forever.
It flows through Gumbaynggirr and Bundjalung country and the effects of floods ,drought and environmental pressure from the climate and humans (overdevelopment and mining), pose huge threats to our river and the estuaries, creeks, wetlands and mangroves that feed and sustain the river.
