Lathalia Song is a Georges river, Sydney harbour, Wollongong ocean artist on Dharawahl and Eora country. Expressing identity through nature, grief and and joy. Her poetry and prose, screenprinted designs and watercolours are published in various journals. Currently writer in residence for Westwords, Wedderburn and artists poet @flywaterleaflight.com.au teachquiet, spread colours and night sighs are three poems expressed in ink on calico, brushwork design repeated to mimic the constant movement of the ocean and the colours to catch the feeling of moving day and night by the sea in Wollongong.
