'Wagaan Wingaawanha' Wiradjuri meaning for crows watching. 
I am part of the yibaaywaagan kin group of the Wiradjuri language group and I am a crow or 'wagaan'. The crow is my totem, they are my kin. I have an ancestor in the dreaming that's a crow! Wagaan is a recurring theme in my art because it is my cultural identity. My art is a way of honouring my ancestors, representing my Yibaay Wagaan mob kin group and more broadly the Wiradjuri Mob.
