Julie Keech, born in Paddington was drawing detailed sketches as a three year old. She was inspired by teachers Jocelyn Maughan, John Santry and Fred Bates to develop her artistic skills, in particular drawing and watercolour. For the last six years she has been an urban sketcher, creating wonderful harbourscapes and streetscapes of Sydney. Currently she has artworks at Royal North Shore Hospital, an exhibition she curated and Le Petite Tarte Cafe in Glebe. She enjoys bringing a blank page to life.
