As an emerging artist and social scientist, my artistic narrative is expressed with reference to the landscape. 
My painting of under the City West Link is a statement about inner west life . A stroll along the Haberfield canal, alone in my thoughts and observations of dogs, people, the canal ending as it meets Iron Cove and the light. A lone cyclist on the opposite side of the canal and the wake up call of the busy road above and diversity that is my landscape. I reflect on how we interact with the environment.
Art making for me is a meditation, to slow down, unpack and observe the detail in my surroundings. I have a specific interest in exploring the passage of time.
I work with acrylics, oils and pastels under my pergola,  in a makeshift studio in Leichhardt
